Role: Process and Maintenance Engineer
Department: Operation
Reporting to: Operation Manager
Job Roles:
• Maintain ZERO Loss Time Injury (LTI) throughout the year.
• Ensure the safety of the plant and equipment reliability on daily basis.
• Ensure the conformity of all matters relating to safety, Health, Environment and quality of the IMS standard and policy.
• Assist and supervise process and maintenance activities to achieve targets within available resources; plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments daily, motivates and evaluates assigned staff.
• Ensure that the machinery, facilities and operational equipment’s are functioning as required.
Education:
• Bachelor in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience.
Technical and Business:
• Knowledge on Rotating and static equipment’s.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in chemical process plants.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in managing operation and maintenance teams.
• Experience of handling molten Sulphur, boilers and packaging is desirable.
Others:
• Willing to work in Oman.
